How to complete the online application for Emirates

As we all know Emirates started hiring again! Such a good news! Nowadays airlines organize very frequent open days and assessment days recruitments when they want to hire future cabin crew. But how you apply?

In this article, I’m going to show you step by step how to apply for a job as cabin crew with Emirates airline.

Step 1: Login

First, login into the cabin crew vacancies page and create a new account. That way you can complete your application at your own pace.

Step 2: Personal information

In this step, you will need to fill in all your personal information that the company requires for your application. The mandatory fields will be marked with a red asterisk. Please, pay extra attention when you fill in your information, write it correctly and also make sure you are using a professional email address, preferably containing your name.

Step 3: Work experience

In this step, you will need to fill in all your working experience including volunteering or internships. To be honest, if you have any volunteering experience do put it on your resume as its considered a major plus.

Step 4: Education and certifications

At this point list your academic and/or professional qualifications below, starting with the most recent. You must specify at least one education entry.

When it comes to certifications start by entering the most relevant certification and continue adding certifications until you have entered all that you feel are important to disclose for this job. Do not list expired certifications.

Step 5: Photos and documents

In this step, you will need to attach two photos: a full-length photo and a passport size picture.

Step 6: Job questions

In this next step, you will need to answer two questions: 1. If you are willing to wear company uniform and 2. If you are able to work shift duties. Both answers must be positive in order for you to proceed with the application further.

Step 7: Video interview

In this step, you will actually need to take the video interview. I took mine just to see how it is and these are the questions that I received:

  1. Tell us about your hometown.

2. What is the activity that brings you the most joy?

3. Have you ever lived in another country and how was the experience?

Step 8: Declaration

This step requires you to read and sign the company statement. Once you do that you can proceed to the next step.

Step 9: Review and submit

The last step is the part where you get to review your entire application; make sure everything is correct before actually submitting it.
